The location is superb, the property is not in a completely isolated area,
it is within several hundred yards of a small hamlet, La Chabroulie;
and has been recently decorated and furnished to a high standard.

walking, a quiet fishing holiday, bicycling, or complete relaxation!

La Chabroulie rear garden and LakeFrance is renowned for its cordon bleu cuisine and fine wines.
Dordogne countryside, in south west, France is wonderfully tranquil.
The holiday house is several hundred yards away from the nearest neighbours.
Champniers-Reilhac is a small village, within easy walking distance.
There are plenty of fish in the Lake. (and crayfish), Carp I think..
we hear them jumping out the water frequently,
and if you awake early enough, (5-6am), there
are often a couple of deer under the oak tree

Typical temperatures are:-
July and August 30-35 degrees,
Glorious sunshine; little rain,
May, June and September 18-25 degrees,
less congestion.

By plane:- East midlands to Limoges (1hr30mins) Ryan Air
45 mins. drive from Limoges to La Chabroulie.
