is detached and offers complete privacy.
The house and gardens are not overlooked by any other buildings
The location is superb, the property is not in a completely isolated area,
but within several hundred yards of a small hamlet, La Chabroulie.
Recently decorated and furnished to a high standard.
The Heated swimming pool is now fully installed;
and a lovely addition to the holiday.
Surrounding tiling and a solar system, heating
the swimming pool is now complete.
Even in summer outside pools can be cold in France,
it is nice to have a warm pool that can be used morning and evening
The house is surrounded by countryside and is ideal for:-
walking,a quiet fishing holiday, bicycling, or complete relaxation!
*The villa will sleep upto eight people comfortably.

France is renowned for it's cordon bleu cuisine and fine wines.
Dordogne countryside, in south west, France is wonderfully tranquil.
The holiday house is several hundred yards away from the nearest neighbours.
Champniers-Reilhac is a small village, within easy walking distance.
There are plenty of fish in the Lake. (and crayfish), Carp I think..
we hear them jumping out the water frequently,
and if you awake early enough, (5-6am), there
are often a couple of deer under the oak tree

By car:- The eurotunnel is very quick and efficient; 12hours door to door driving from Nottinghamshire.
By plane:- East midlands to Limoges (1hr30mins) Ryan Air and 45 mins. drive from Limoges to La Chabroulie.
